Hayley Wickenheiser was one of the most dominant players of her generation, inspiring young girls around the world to start playing hockey. The Team Canada star won seven World Championship gold medals and six silver medals, while being named the IIHF Directorate Top Forward twice. She would twice be named MVP at the Olympic Winter Games, leading her country to four gold medals and was the captain of Canada's National Women's Team from 2006-14. The first female to skate and score in a men's professional league, Wickenheiser is the all-time leading scorer at both the Olympic Games and Women's World Championship. She was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2019.
