Considered one of the greatest American players in NHL History! Mike Modano spent 21 of his 22 seasons with the Minnesota North Stars/Dallas Stars. The first overall pick in 1988, Modano was runner-up for the Calder Trophy in 1990. Owner of most Stars career offensive records, he is also the career leader among American born players with 561 goals and 1374 points. The nine time 30 goal scorer helped lead Dallas to a Stanley Cup in 1999 and was a 2nd Team All-Star in 2000. A key component of Team USA's victory at the 1996 World Cup of Hockey, Modano also played in three Winter Olympic Games.
