The best of Worley's pro career was spent with the Montreal Canadiens, with whom he participated in 4 Stanley Cup Championships. During his fine career he won the Calder Trophy as the league's outstanding rookie in 1953 and the Vezina trophy in both 1966 and 1968. Worley had a fine career goals against average of 2.91 per game and posted 43 career shutouts.
