Renowned for his lethal shot from the point, Shea Weber played 11 seasons with the Nashville Predators, including six as team captain. Named a 1st and 2nd Team NHL All-Star four times, he finished as runner-up for the Norris Trophy twice and won the Messier Leadership Award in 2016. Weber spent three of his five seasons with the Montreal Canadiens as captain, including an appearance in the 2021 Stanley Cup Final. Leading Canada to gold medals at a World Junior Championship, World Championship, two Olympic Winter Games and the World Cup of Hockey, he was named Best Defenceman at the 2009
World Championship.
